Andra’s strength lies in working closely with people: creating clarity, fostering strong collaboration, and guiding teams through growth, change, and ambitious goals. Her approach is grounded in deep listening, thoughtful questions, and genuine care for the people she supports.

She is currently working toward her Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University’s Executive Education program and pursuing ICF (International Coaching Federation) coaching certification, further strengthening her ability to support meaningful, sustainable growth.
